Food Club Zucchini Bread

Sweet and moist, zucchini bread is always a summer time classic.


3 cups Food Club all purpose flour

1 tsp. Food Club salt

1 tsp Food Club Baking Soda

1 tsp. Food Club baking powder

1 tbsp. Food Club ground cinnamon

3 Food Club eggs

1 cup Food Club vegetable oil

2 1/4 cups Food Club white sugar

3 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cups of graded zucchini

1 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)

1 cup of chocolate chips (optional)


  1. Grease two 8x4 inch loaf pans. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  3. Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar together in a large bowl. Add sifted ingredients to the mixture and beat well until combined. Stir in shredded zucchini and chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (if using). Stir to combine.
  4. Pour into greased pans. Bake 40-60 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 20-30 minutes. Remove bread from pan and cool completely.
