Easy Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Delicious desserts don't have to be hard! This Easy Pineapple Upside Down Cake is the perfect combination of simple and stunning.
Ingredients:
Cooking spray or butter, lightly melted
1/2 pineapple, sliced into rings
or 1/2 can of sliced pineapple, patted dry
Maraschino cherries
1 box yellow cake mix
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lightly grease pan with cooking spray or butter. Sprinkle brown sugar over the bottom of the pan, then place sliced pineapple and maraschino cherries on top of the brown sugar.
- Mix cake mix according to instructions on the box. Pour over the topping ingredients and bake according to cake mix instructions.
- Test for doneness, a knife or toothpick stuck into the cake should come out clean.
- Immediately flip onto a serving platter and remove the pan carefully so none of the toppings stays in the pan.
